Our traditional fruitcake is a holiday favorite. We have three delicious fruitcake flavors to choose from - chocolate, classic, and light. Each of our fruitcakes are loaded with cherries, pineapples, raisins, walnuts, and pecans and topped with more pecans and more cherries. Our classic fruitcake includes currants, raisins, molasses, and a touch of honey which gives it a rich full flavor. In our light fruitcake we add golden raisins, apricots, and honey for a more delicate flavor. The chocolate fruitcake is filled with cocoa and chocolate chips and covered with a white chocolate for those who just love chocolate.
